Why we created it
Long workdays, training sessions and family time leave little room for a proper pause. Many of us reach for another coffee out of habit. We wanted a different kind of afternoon cup: full of flavour, warming and completely caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it at any time of day. We named it after the Argonauts: before the Argo left the harbour of Iolcos, its crew loaded apples, citrus and spices for the long voyage, the same kind of ingredients that give Argonaut's Harbour its character.
The ingredients and their flavour
Rooibos
Rooibos comes from the Cederberg mountains of South Africa, where its needle-like leaves are harvested, bruised and left to oxidise in the sun until they turn a deep red. It brews into a smooth, naturally sweet cup with honey and vanilla notes.
Hemp seeds
Hemp is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. Its small seeds add a gentle, nutty, slightly toasted note that rounds out the blend.
Ginger
Ginger root brings a warm, spicy bite that makes every sip lively, especially on cold days.
Lemongrass, lemon balm and verbena
These fresh, lemony herbs keep the cup bright and zesty, with soft, earthy undertones.
Apple, orange peel and marigold
Apple pieces add a natural fruity sweetness, orange peel a citrus lift, and marigold blossoms a splash of golden colour.
How to brew it
Use one heaped teaspoon (about 3 g) per 250 ml of freshly boiled water and steep for 6ā8 minutes; rooibos never turns bitter, so you can let it steep longer for a fuller cup. It is also delicious with a splash of milk or poured over ice after a workout.

Brew a pot after training, keep a thermos at your desk for the afternoon, or enjoy a cup in the evening while you unwind. No caffeine, no gimmicks, just natural ingredients and honest flavour.
