How to brew

  • Amount 1–1.5 tsp 3–4 g · per 250 ml
  • Steep 2–3 min
  • Water 70–80°C let it cool a little

Pro tip Brew at 70–80°C and watch the jasmine pearls unfurl; the leaves can be steeped a second time. Iced with a few fresh berries, it’s wonderfully refreshing.
