Order the Trial Box (€21.99): 3 seasonal teas (50 g each) with free courier delivery across the Netherlands. In Amsterdam & Amstelveen we can brew them at your office. The full amount is credited when you subscribe.

Both work. The Trial Box (3 blends, free courier delivery anywhere in the Netherlands) lets you taste first, and its price is credited on your first plan delivery. If you already know you want office tea, start a Starter, Team or Office plan directly and skip the trial: your first delivery ships across the Netherlands, billed monthly, and you can add mugs, filter or tins at the add-on discount.
Yes. Monthly plans have no minimum term: cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing master@holytea.nl. Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date and it won't be charged; later than that, the current month still ships and is charged, then your plan stops. Quiet months or summer holidays? Pause anytime and choose when to restart, or skip a delivery. Months already delivered aren't refundable, as tea is a food product. Prepaid plans simply don't renew once cancelled. Add-ons can be returned unused within 14 days. Full cancellation policy

In Amsterdam & Amstelveen we can also visit your office once for a free presentation, where we present our teas and Juliet mugs and brew the 3 trial teas with your team, if you'd like and have the time. If you subscribe, the €21.99 comes back as a discount on your first subscription (Starter, Team or Office), for 30 days. After you order, we quickly verify your company and then ship your box. If we can't verify it, we refund you in full.
The packages are all about the tea. As an optional add-on you can choose Juliet mugs in any colour and the Filter and Lid (fits Juliet mugs & most standard tea mugs), together with a package or the Trial Box. With a package you can also add aroma-proof tea tins (one-time). 20% off for 1–5 add-ons, 25% off from 6. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Yes. We send an invoice with every order. As a young company registered under the Dutch KOR scheme, our invoices don't include VAT until we reach €20,000 turnover. If that changes (hopefully soon, with your support!) we'll let all our partners know in advance.
Yes, as an optional one-time add-on when you start your plan: aroma-proof silver tea tins that hold one 100 g pack each. We suggest 4, one for every blend. Sticker labels with the tea type, name, ingredients and brewing instructions are included, and every monthly delivery brings a fresh label set for the new blends. A short tip video shows how to loosen old labels with warm steam, without residue. The tins get the same B2B add-on discount as mugs and filters.
