How to brew
- Amount 1.5 tsp 4 g · per 250 ml
- Steep 3–5 min
- Water 100°C freshly boiled
Pro tip Rinse the pu-erh with a splash of hot water first, then brew for a smooth, earthy cup. A splash of milk brings out the cherry and vanilla.
