We always aim to send different blends to keep each month feeling fresh and interesting. In some cases, after around 6 to 9 months, you may receive a blend you had much earlier - especially if it belongs to a smaller club or returns as one of our freshest seasonal arrivals.
All subscription boxes are shipped during the first week of each month, so you always know when to expect your next tea ritual.
Subscription renewals are processed on the first day of the month. Customers receive an email notification before renewal, with enough time to cancel if they do not wish to continue.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once the shipping address is entered. For prepaid plans that include multiple monthly deliveries, the delivery cost is also calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. We also offer free local delivery within an 8 km radius of Nieuw Sloten, Amsterdam.
