How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We typically dispatch orders within 1 working day. Most of our orders are shipped the same day.

Can I gift a subscription or a tea box?

Yes, our subscriptions and tea boxes make wonderful gifts! During checkout, simply enter the recipient's shipping information and we'll take care of the rest.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately. We will make every attempt to ensure you receive your order in the condition it left our shop.
