Hi — we're Michalis and Dolly. Greek-rooted. Based in Amsterdam. A small family with a love for the herbs we grew up with and a curiosity for tea from the rest of the world.
The whole thing started with a question Dolly asked one evening: "Why don't we make our own tea?" Michalis had grown up with his grandmother's herbal blends — sage from the hillsides, chamomile dried in summer sun, Cretan dittany from the cliffs. The knowledge was already there. We just needed someone to ask.
Today we design every recipe ourselves, in our Amsterdam home. The teas come from where they grow best — green and black from Asia, rooibos from South Africa, fruits and citrus from across the Mediterranean. The herbs come from Greece. The blending and packing happens in Greece too, by a partner we trust, close to the tradition that inspired the recipes.
